Baking Instructions 1. Heat the oven at 180 ¸C. 2. Mix cake mix, 150ml water, 100gm salted butter (or 80g oil and a pinch of salt) in a bowl until smooth. 3. Grease the inside of a 8" square pan and pour the batter in. 4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 ¸C for 30 minutes or until a knife / toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool in the pan and then turn out. If desired 1 egg can be added to the batter.
